Refund and Returns Policy

At Foster Scents, we value your satisfaction! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility:

• We accept returns for non-damaged and minimally used perfume bottles, provided they are in their original packaging (including box, pouch, or any included material) within 15 days of purchase.
• Individual perfumes from bundle sets cannot be returned; the entire bundle must be returned for a refund.
• Sample Sets are non-refundable.

2. How to Inform Us:

3. Return Process:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs and must return items via traceable delivery (courier or registered post).
• Returns should be sent to:
  Foster Scents, Plot 3-C, Street 1, Jami Commercial, DHA Phase 7, Karachi, Sindh 75500.

4. Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
• Delivery charges for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer.

5. Important Notes:

• Returns without original packaging or missing materials will not be processed.
